Job Hunting

I apologize that I have really been neglecting posting on this blog. I have been on the job search and so far it has not been easy. Being fresh out of college gives me little experience. Everywhere seems to want at least three years of it or a Master's degree. I have neither. I'm a sociology major, by the way. I'm looking for something Human Services related, but at this point am open to other things as well. Any advice?
